When thinking of protecting user data, it’s not only important to think about security, but also privacy requirements. Privacy requirements vary greatly depending on where your business is located and what industry you are in. It’s important to check with the relevant stakeholder for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) or Legal/Privacy at your organization to see what your specific regulations are.
Central to many privacy and compliance requirements is demonstrating appropriate access controls and account security measures, which we have already discussed in previous modules. But there are a few more areas you might want to customize in Rescue based on your specific company requirements. Check with your GRC leader to know which apply to you.
