Auditing with Reports

One way to audit technician and admin actions is by running reports.  

In Rescue, you can run a variety of reports to view data for each action taken by Admins or technicians during the selected period. ​Or view access logs for everyone who has logged in. You can also run session reports and track every setting change or user change, or tool a technician uses in a session for at least 2 years.  ​
