One way to audit technician and admin actions is by running reports.
In Rescue, you can run a variety of reports to view data for each action taken by Admins or technicians during the selected period. Or view access logs for everyone who has logged in. You can also run session reports and track every setting change or user change, or tool a technician uses in a session for at least 2 years.
